As a specialist in critical care and intensivist procedures, Dr Bilal Gafoor works in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) at Melomed Hospital in Gatesville. Dr Gafoor treats emergency cases, such as diseases and injuries and of the pulmonary and respiratory system; this includes the trachea, lungs, diaphragm and surrounding structures.

Dr Bilal Gafoor is also trained to stabilise patients suffering from pulmonary conditions that affects their ability to breathe.
